Welcome to SURFspot! Maybe you are here for the first time as a new student or maybe you already have heard of us. On this page you will find all the necessary information to login to SURFspot.
What is SURFspot?
SURFSpot is a non-for-profit ICT-webstore with discount on software, cloud services and hardware: exclusively for students and employees within Dutch education. You can choose from about 250+ products, for instance we have: Apple products, Adobe, Norton, McAfee and Microsoft products.
What products are available to you and for what prices on our website, depends on the agreement your school or institution has with us.
So how does it work?
You can log in using your university or college account from the moment your university ICT-support has activated your account.
When can I log in at SURFspot?
The moment you can log in to SURFspot depends on your university or college. When your account is created and approved by the IT department of your university or college you can log in to SURFspot. This often happens around September the 1st. If you cannot log in with your new account before September the 1st, wait a little bit longer.
How can I log in at SURFspot?
1. Click on ‘’log in’’.
2. Find the name of your school or institution.
3. You will see a login screen of your university or college. Login with the login information of your university or college.
I can not log in, what can I do?
We would like to ask you to sign in at: https://profile.surfconext.nl/. When you have done this, you will see your personal access data that we receive from your university or college. The field behind the title “affiliation” must say “student” or “employee”. If this is not the case you are not allowed acces onto the SURFspot website. We advice you to contact the IT helpdesk of your university or college, they can help you to change this. If this doesn’t work out, you can contact us at info@surfspot.nl or through chat on our website.
