Your instructor
My name is Yolande, and I’m your instructor for this course. After completing my training as an executive secretary, I worked as one for 10 years. After that, I entered the field of education.
I teach at various vocational schools (MBO) and instruct secretaries and office managers in training at levels 3 and 4. In addition, I train and mentor students at the higher vocational education (HBO) level, supervise interns, and serve as a study and career counselor and mentor.
