Adobe Photoshop tips

1. Use the clone function

For example, suppose you have a photo of someone who has a wound or pimple on his/her skin. You can then use the clone stamp to retouch the skin so that blemishes are no longer visible. How does it work? First click on the clone stamp. Then click on the alt button and select a piece of skin you want to copy. Then click on the area you want to touch up. Repeat this process until you get the desired result.

2. Use a filter

You can use filters to enhance photos, apply special effects so that your photo appears to be hand-drawn or painted in the impressionist style. You can also use filters to apply unique transformations using distortion and exposure effects. In the “Filter” menu, you can choose from a variety of filters to use.

3. Remove objects on a photo with the quick retouch brush

When you click on the patch in Photoshop you can select the quick retouch brush. The quick retouch brush looks at the pixels around the object you want to remove. It uses the texture, exposure, transparency and shadow effects of the surrounding area for retouching. When you want to remove an object you need to proceed as follows.
> First select the quick retouching brush and under Type choose “Retain Content”. Make sure that the brush size you choose is slightly wider than the object you want to remove (if the image consists of several layers you can enable the option “Sample all layers”).
> Drag the quick retouch brush over the object you want to remove. You will see a dark spot at first, but a moment later that spot will have disappeared with the object you want to remove.

4. Make photos black and white

You can convert color photos to black-and-white photos within a few clicks. Open the image you want to edit in Photoshop. Go to image-> mode-> grayscale and confirm. Voila, you have a black and white photo within seconds.

5. Remove red eyes

It's probably familiar: you took a nice picture of someone but his/her eyes are red in the picture. With Photoshop you can easily remove red eyes. Just use the Hue/Saturation option.
