Adobe Acrobat Studio combines the familiar PDF functionality of Acrobat Pro with AI tools, PDF Spaces, and creative capabilities via Adobe Express. You can create, edit, convert, secure, and sign PDFs, as well as summarize and analyze information from documents more quickly.
With PDF Spaces, you can combine PDFs, Office files, and web links into a single workspace. How do you get started with Adobe Acrobat Studio?
To use Adobe Acrobat Studio, sign in to Adobe with the email address you provided by clicking “Download” next to your order or by going directly to the Acrobat website. Next, you can complete your profile. If you already have an Adobe account, log out first and then log back in to gain access. Click “Download Acrobat apps” to download the apps.
Important before using the software:
- When logging in to Adobe, select “Join a team.” You will then become a member of the SURFspot Operational Console; this is the profile associated with your license.
- When logging in, select the SURFspot Operational Console profile.

Before ordering
Choose the correct email address
Always use a personal email address that does not end with your educational institution’s domain (for example, @student.institution.nl). This prevents problems, as institutions sometimes manage their own Adobe environments.
Know when to renew
Want to renew? Don’t order your new license until your current one is about to expire, and use the same email address as in your previous order.
License Duration
Your license takes effect immediately upon ordering and is valid for one year from the order date.
Use
The license is intended solely for personal or educational use and may not be used for commercial purposes.
