Description
Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus offers everything that you are accustomed to within an Office license, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
Please be aware that you cannot connect this license to a personal email address.
When you order Office 365 ProPlus you will receive a username that ends on @edu.surfspot.nl and a temporary password in your email. With these details, you can log on at Microsoft to download the Office license. Please check your spam inbox if you cannot find the details to log on at Microsoft.
As an employee pay only €3,99 for a one year license.

Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus can be installed on 5 computer, Windows and Mac. The license can also be installed as an app on 5 mobile devices, that way your Office is available to you wherever you go!

Please be aware that not all the applications mentioned in the video above are included in the Office 365 ProPlus license that we offer, OneDrive is not included and ‘proofing tools’ are excluded.
The basics
Office 365 ProPlus offers a full package to help you with your work or studies. Word offers standard templates to edit a paper in a professional manner. Use Excel to analyze your data using pivot tables. Show your presentation in full color, using different fonts and sound effects.
Communicate in style
Use Outlook to manage your agenda. Prefer calling? Use Lync to video chat or call. OneNote offers you a way to collect your notes and documents in one central spot. By collecting your notes in OneNote, you can easily share these notes with others. Others can make notes in document and notes in return. If you want to create marketing texts and material you can share and publish them with Publisher.
Access and control
Access will help you to create and control your own database of information. Use Access if you are for instants are organizing a big event. InfoPath will allow you to make forms such as surveys and will help you to publish them.

- Nadat je de betaling hebt voldaan kun je jouw bestelling terug vinden in 'Mijn SURFspot'
- OmMicrosoft 365 in gebruik te nemen ontvang je een gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord voor de download portal van Microsoft in je e-mail.
- Ga met je gebruikersnaam @edu.surfspot.nl en tijdelijke wachtwoord naar https://login.microsoftonline.com/ log hier in.
- Als je bent ingelogd kun je de download van Office starten. Kies voor 'geavanceerde opties' om je bit versie te kiezen.
- Om Office op een tweede computer te installeren kun je het bovenstaande proces herhalen.

- After you have done the payment you will find your order in 'My SURFspot'.
- To activate Office 365 Pro Plus you will receive an username and a temporary password in your email.
- Please go with your username @edu.surfspot.nl and password to the Micrsosoft portal https://login.microsoftonline.com/
- After logging on you can download and install Microsoft 365 on your computer.
- To install Office on a second computer please repeat the proces above.
Be aware that you can not log on with your university email!
